Katie brings her expert knowledge, love, and pride of hospitality to this beautiful restaurant. From working within local pubs & restaurants and managing a top pub in the Cotswolds, UK, Katie truly understands and cares about second-to-none service and good food's ability to bring people together and create joy.

A place that enhances and educates the palate with the freshest local ingredients and flavours, while surprising and exciting each guest with family hospitality. When I was given the opportunity to open a restaurant in Praia da Luz, it seemed almost serendipitous. It was the perfect place to bring the incredible flavours of both land and sea that Portugal has to offer to both locals and tourists alike.”
